Since 2009, I've been building a career knowledge sharing online video platform, Capture Your Flag. The platform concept is based off a documentary interview series - inspired by 7-Up or the "Up Series" that I've been filming with subjects each year. Think "Boyhood" for careers.

I'm passionate about connecting audiences, users, and companies to resources that empower their respective personal and professional growth pathways.

I love meeting new people, learning about what inspires them, and having quick brainstorms to help them connect that inspiration to opportunity. I'm also always game to talk online video, career planning, entrepreneurship, leadership, cooking, and running.
