Madison Square Park Conservancy

Session Title: Planning the Future of Mad. Sq. Park

Madison Square Park Conservancy, founded in 2002, was successful in achieving the original mission of keeping historic Madison Square Park a bright, beautiful, and active public park – using programming as a way to activate the Park in order to keep it safe and beloved while also engaging the neighborhood. Now in 2015 we find the neighborhood vastly changed – and thriving – due in large part to the renaissance of the Park. As we plan for the next decade, how does Madison Square Park Conservancy continue to strive for excellence as we work to grow and meet the needs of the present community?
